When we moved from Pennsylvania to Florida last year it was a scary experience, however Deborah Sumey and her entire staff took away our fears and provided us with a wonderful experience we will never forget. From start to finish buying our gently used home was a true pleasure. Deborah provided help with banking, showed us homes we may be interested in, and explained everything in full detail. She always made herself available to us by phone and in person and made our journey much more pleasant. However once we purchased our home we were not ignored. Deborah and her staff, particularly Amanda and Keen, made us enjoy the finalization of our purchase. From watching over our home while we were still in Pennsylvania, to providing us with references for professionals for inspection, electrical, painting, etc. the entire process went smooth and uneventful. During settlement Deborah was right there with us asking questions and being our professional representative throughout. But the help did not stop there. After settlement Deborah and her staff helped us to settle in and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. We cannot say enough about our experience. It is always hard to move away from family, friends and your home, however the new friends we found within Stone Creek Realty made us feel welcome and comfortable and made the move so much easier. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with the Deborah Sumey Team earlier this year. We were extremely pleased with the whole transaction. Deborah is truly a professional and knows how to get the job done. She understands her clients' wants and needs, and wastes no time fulfilling them. We have lived in Stone Creek for almost five years. We love it here. The amenities are great and the upkeep of the community and each resident's home make it a good value.
